tck66 Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms in full before using our platform. They define your rights, responsibilities, and your relationship with tck66.

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the tck66 platform and its user ("Member" or "you"). By opening an account at tck66 or using the platform in any way, you are considered to have accepted the full content of these Terms.

tck66 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. If you continue using the platform after changes have been made, you will be considered to have agreed to the updated terms. We therefore recommend visiting this page regularly.

Important: These Terms are written in Bengali and have been adapted for the Bangladeshi market. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version of this document will be considered authoritative.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account at tck66 and participate in any gaming activity, you must be 21 years of age or older. tck66 may request proof of identity at any time to verify your age. If you are found to be underage, your account will be closed immediately and your balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be suspended and all bonuses and winnings across those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Conditions

By registering an account, you confirm that:

  • You are joining the tck66 platform voluntarily and entirely of your own free will.
  • All information you have provided in your name is true, accurate, and complete.
  • You are not operating the account on behalf of another person.
  • There are no legal restrictions on your use of online gaming in your area.
  • You have never previously been banned from tck66 or any of its affiliated platforms.

3. Account Management

3.1 Security & Password

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing or transferring this information with any third party is strictly prohibited. You will be held responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the tck66 customer support team immediately. Acting promptly can help prevent potential losses.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

tck66 reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and payment method at any time. The following documents may typically be requested for verification:

  • A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
  • Proof of ownership of the mobile wallet used.
  • Proof of address if required.

tck66 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if the required information is not provided within the specified timeframe.

3.3 Closing Your Account

You may request to close your account at any time. We recommend withdrawing any remaining balance before making the request. tck66 also reserves the right to close or suspend any account with or without cause, particularly in cases of breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tck66 currently provides deposit and withdrawal services through the following mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. No payment methods other than those listed are accepted.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

Minimum deposit: ৳300 (all methods)  |  Minimum withdrawal: ৳800 (all methods)

Transactions below the set limits cannot be processed. tck66 reserves the right to set maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which may vary depending on the status of the member's account.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, additional time may be required during verification processes or in unusual circumstances. Withdrawals will only be sent via the same method used for the deposit and to the same account.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There is currently no currency conversion facility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tck66 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. A deposit of ৳18,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To become eligible to withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must complete a wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳12,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer may only be used once.
  • Once a bonus has been activated, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
  • tck66 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus in certain circumstances, particularly in cases of fraud or bonus abuse.
  • Wagering requirements apply to all winnings earned from bonuses.
  • Attempting to use a bonus from multiple accounts or devices will result in both accounts being closed.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

tck66 follows SSL encryption and fair play standards. All game outcomes are determined through an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG) system. No game result is predetermined or artificially altered in favor of any party.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has set minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. If limits are temporarily changed due to technical issues, tck66 may issue an adjustment for bets placed during that period.

6.3 Technical Errors

In the case of a game or round that is left incomplete due to a server outage, network problem, or game engine error, tck66's decision will be considered final. tck66 may void the round and return the stake, or restart the game from the state it was in before the error.

6.4 Special Rules for Sports Betting

For all sports betting — including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL) and football — bets cannot be changed once they have been confirmed. If an event is cancelled, the stake will generally be returned, though the outcome may vary depending on the nature of the event.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tck66 platform and may result in account closure and legal action:

  • Collecting bonuses through fraudulent means or attempting to circumvent wagering requirements.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
  • Playing games with the help of automated bots, scripts, or software.
  • Attempting to hack or break into the gaming system.
  • Misusing or attempting to steal another member's account information.
  • Creating an account using a false identity or forged documents.
  • Operating multiple accounts or having a third party operate an account.
  • Behaving dishonestly or offensively toward other members.

7.1 Consequences of Violations

If a breach of these Terms is identified, tck66 may suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice, forfeit all bonuses and winnings, and notify law enforcement authorities where applicable.

8. Responsible Gaming

tck66 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should be enjoyed responsibly. We are mindful of the mental and financial wellbeing of our members.

If signs of problem gambling appear — such as spending beyond your set budget, placing more bets to recover losses, or gaming affecting your daily life — we recommend seeking help immediately.

  • Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount.
  • Self-Exclusion: Take a break from the platform for a set period or permanently.
  • Reality Check: Regular reminders of how long you have been playing.

10. Limitation of Liability

tck66 accepts no liability for the following:

  • Losses caused by internet disconnection or device issues.
  • Losses resulting from unauthorized access to an account due to a member's own negligence.
  • Software errors from third-party game providers.
  • Changes or disruptions to the service resulting from changes in law.
  • Unexpected technical failures or force majeure events.

However, tck66 will always strive to ensure a fair experience for members and will consider all complaints with honesty.

11. Terms & Conditions Changes

tck66 reserves the right to amend, expand, or condense these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, members will be notified through their registered contact method (email or platform notification).

If you continue using the platform after changes have been made, you will be considered to have accepted the revised terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the new terms and conditions, the option to close your account will always remain available.

The latest version of the terms and conditions will always be published on this page, and the revision date will be noted at the top.
